Gender Equality Certification UNI\/PdR 125:2022<\/h1><\/div>

The most recent milestone achieved in 2025 was obtaining the Gender Equality Certification UNI\/PdR 125:2022<\/strong>, which represents one of the goals we had set within the ESG (environmental, social, and governance) framework, in which we have been actively engaged since last year.<\/p>\n

By obtaining UNI\/PdR 125:2022<\/strong>, we align ourselves with the systemic process of cultural change within organizations, aimed at achieving greater gender equality. This certification is the tangible result<\/strong> of our efforts<\/strong> to implement sustainable and socially responsible practices.<\/p>\n

In order to be certified, we were required to meet several key performance indicators (KPIs), including compliance with the principles of equality, fairness, and non-discrimination<\/strong>. We have adopted measures in favor of equal opportunities<\/strong> and promoted effective gender equality in the workplace<\/strong>. In addition, we are committed to implementing welfare policies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project was successfully completed with the co-financing of \u20ac4,464<\/strong> from the European Union. The activities were carried out within the framework of initiatives promoted by the Regional Program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, further strengthening our commitment to equitable labor practices.<\/p>\n

This certification represents a crucial milestone for the social dimension of our company. We see it not only as a point of arrival, but also as a key achievement and fundamental objective within the broader context of corporate welfare, to which we continue to dedicate<\/strong> our efforts<\/strong> and resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>
