Over the past few months, Euromedical has had the opportunity to showcase NaviCam® XS, the new miniaturized capsule endoscopy system, at some of the most important scientific events dedicated to digestive endoscopy, giving healthcare professionals the chance to discover its features and clinical potential firsthand.

Following its presentation at the IRCCS Giannina Gaslini Institute in Genoa, the first Italian center to adopt this technology in pediatric care, NaviCam® XS was also featured at major national events such as EndoLive Rome, where physicians and industry experts had the opportunity to explore the innovations introduced by this solution.

Designed with the needs of the most vulnerable patients experiencing swallowing difficulties in mind, such as children and older adults, NaviCam® XS offers an innovative solution that makes capsule endoscopy more accessible. Thanks to its dimensions, which are 44% smaller than conventional capsule endoscopy systems, it delivers high-quality imaging while providing a completely non-invasive procedure, with no need for sedation and no exposure to radiation.

The platform also integrates ProScan™, an artificial intelligence-based system that supports physicians during image review, helping to make the diagnostic process more efficient.

Participation in events such as the Gaslini Institute and EndoLive Rome provided an important opportunity to engage with the scientific community, reaffirming Euromedical’s commitment to promoting innovative technologies, continuous medical education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Bringing solutions like NaviCam® XS to leading scientific congresses means fostering the dissemination of innovation and contributing to the advancement of diagnostic procedures that are increasingly effective, accurate, and patient-centered.
